How do I book a clean?
Just call, text or email us and give us some details about your home. How many 
bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage and what level of clean you would like and we will provide you with a ballpark quote within minutes.

 

Do you need my card details to book?
Yes we need to take payment information to book your appointment, but your card will not be charged until your clean has been successfully completed. We guarantee it.

 

How do I Change or Cancel my appointment?
Making changes to your booking is easy. Just notify us 48hrs in advance and we will take care of your request. Please note: failure to notify us 48hrs in advance will result in a $70 cancellation charge.

 

Do you do same day cleans?
Yes we do! Just call in and we'll squeeze ya in. (408)583-7480


Is there a guarantee?
Yes there is! If you are not completely satisfied or feel something was overlooked. Just notify us within 24hrs and we will return free of charge to fix any problem areas.

What services do the cleaners provide?We offer a lot of different cleanings from move in/out, deep cleaning, standard cleans, before/after party cleans and Maintenance cleans. Whichever you choose we can work with you to customize a clean to suit your needs and budget. 

 

What time will the cleaners arrive?
We give a 
60-minute window for cleaners to arrive to each job site. You will be notified if your cleaning crew is running a bit behind schedule.

 

How do I know what time I can get a booking?

Can I make special requests? 
Of course. Our cleans are 100% customizable to suit your needs. 

 

Do the cleaners bring their own supplies?
Absolutely. Cleaners bring everything needed to clean your home with including a high quality hepa filter vacuum. If desired you may provide cleaning solutions you'd prefer to be used in your home.

 

How many cleaners do you send?
We will usually send you a team of 2-3. 

 

What areas do you serve?
We are currently serving San Jose, Willow Glen, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Saratoga, Campbell, Mountain View, and Milpitas.

 

Do you offer carpet cleaning?
Yes we do! Carpet steam
 cleaning and upholstery cleaning.

 

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes we are!

 

Do I need to be home for my clean?

No you don’t need to be home whilst we clean your house. If you would like to leave the key with a neighbour or in a lockbox then we can collect it. Just add instructions when you make your booking. On your first clean with us we do prefer you to be home so you can show us around your property and point out any areas that you would like us to focus on but we understand that isn’t always possible.

 

Can I leave a key with the cleaners?

We will discuss arrangements of how to access your home before your first service. Clients generally provide a copy of the house key for the company which alleviates the need for the clients to remember to leave out a hide-a-key or having to wait around to let us in each visit (which also avoids lock out charges). We can also install a small coded company lockbox in a discreet location on the exterior of the home for the key.
